Located at Northwest corner, Business Square is the Gateway to Emaar Square’s international business address. As its primary goal to provide a secure arrival for the prestigious office towers, lobbies with full concierge services open to the plaza providing a lasting first impression. Outdoor cafes, restaurants, and shops catering to Class-A office tenants will line the shaded plaza providing the perfect spots for business meetings or casual lunches. In the evenings, the “square” has been designed to host a variety of evening functions such as night markets, outdoor public movies, and music venues.
The plaza will be landscaped with appropriate shading to comfortably stroll along the retail during the day, yet open enough for flexible functions at night. The opportunity for an iconic sculpture within the plaza will be its marquee as well as an “Instagram” moment at Emaar Square.
